Dental Questions Aired on NPR

3rd November 2019, 12:04pm EST

Family dentist got a special treat on Wednesday with the airing of a segment on NPR about dental questions.  If you haven’t been to your General or Family dentist in awhile consider making and appointment today and allow us to catch problems before they are severe.  Also maintain your normal hygiene cleaning to prevent cavities and periodontal disease.

The Science Friday show on National Public Radio in the US had a nice segment on common dental questions. Here’s the teaser quote:

An apple a day keeps the doctor away. And, it turns out, the dentist — because that fibery skin is good for your teeth. Dentists Mark Ryder of the University of California San Francisco and Mark Wolff of New York University answer your toothy questions in this episode of our “Ask an expert” series.
